Account Suspension & Termination Policy

Reasons

Ka Step may restrict or terminate an account for serious or repeated violations, including fraud, counterfeit activity, stolen goods, impersonation, illegal activity, harassment, abuse of the platform, security attacks, manipulation, or repeated misleading listings.

Temporary Restrictions

We may temporarily restrict uploading, messaging or other features while investigating a report or security issue.

Permanent Termination

An account may be terminated where the circumstances justify permanent removal under our Terms, policies, security requirements or applicable law.

Appeal

Where an appeal route is provided, the user may submit relevant facts and evidence. Ka Step may maintain restrictions where safety, legal or security reasons continue to apply.
