Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Purpose

Ka Step subscriptions provide platform features such as an increased listing/upload allowance and, where specified by the selected plan, an advertisement-free experience.

2. Listing Allowance

Each plan may define a maximum number of active or permitted uploads/listings. The exact limit is shown on the subscription plan page. The backend may enforce these limits.

3. Advertisement-Free Benefit

Where a plan includes an ad-free benefit, an active subscriber should not receive Google advertisements in the areas covered by that plan. The benefit applies while the qualifying subscription is active and may be subject to technical exceptions disclosed by Ka Step.

4. Subscription Payments

Subscription payments are the only planned in-app payment category for Ka Step. Ka Step does not process payment for products, jobs, rentals or other agreements between users.

5. User-to-User Agreements

Users may use Ka Step chat to discuss a product, job, rental or other arrangement. Any payment, delivery, employment, tenancy or other agreement is made independently between the users and is not collected or settled by Ka Step.

6. Expiry

When a subscription expires or is cancelled, subscription-only benefits may stop according to the applicable plan terms. Existing user content may be handled according to Ka Step's listing and account policies.

7. Changes

Ka Step may change plan features, prices or limits for future subscription periods, subject to applicable law and any required notices.

8. Refunds

Any refund or cancellation rights applicable to subscription purchases will be shown in the subscription purchase flow and governed by applicable law and the payment provider's applicable process.
