Ka Step may use reports, automated signals and human review to identify content that may violate our Terms, policies or applicable law.

Possible Actions

• Ask the user to edit a listing.
• Limit listing visibility.
• Remove a listing or message.
• Restrict account features.
• Suspend or terminate an account.
• Preserve relevant information where appropriate.
• Respond to valid legal or government requests.

Reports

Reports may be reviewed according to severity, available evidence and operational capacity. False, abusive or coordinated reporting may itself be a policy violation.

Appeals

Where an appeal process is offered, users may provide relevant evidence and explain why the action should be reconsidered. Reversal is not guaranteed.

Legal Requests

We may act on valid court orders, lawful government requests and other legally recognised processes. Emergency situations may be handled according to applicable law.
