About Ka Step
Ka Step is a Meghalaya-focused platform designed to make it easier for people to discover products, jobs, rentals, tourist spots, services and other permitted listings in one convenient place.
What is Ka Step?
Ka Step provides an online space where users can publish permitted listings and where other users can browse, search and communicate about those listings.
The platform is designed around local discovery and user-to-user communication. Whether someone wants to sell a used product, find something to buy, look for a job, explore a rental opportunity, discover a tourist spot or find a permitted service, Ka Step brings these experiences together.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, their communications and any agreement they make with another user.

How Ka Step works

User-to-user agreements
Ka Step provides a platform for users to discover listings and communicate with each other. Users are responsible for deciding whether to proceed with a transaction, service, rental, employment arrangement or other agreement.
Ka Step does not process payments for products, jobs, rentals or other user-to-user agreements through the platform. Users should independently verify the listing, seller, buyer, service provider or other party before making an agreement or payment.
Safety and responsible use
We encourage users to communicate carefully, verify information before making an agreement and report listings or users that appear to violate Ka Step's rules.
Ka Step may review, restrict, remove or otherwise moderate content and accounts where appropriate under its platform rules and applicable requirements.
Subscriptions
Ka Step may offer subscription plans that provide additional platform benefits, including listing or upload allowances and other plan-specific features.
Subscription payments are separate from agreements between users. A subscription does not mean that Ka Step is a party to a user's transaction with another user.
